Program Description
The Accelerated Management Trainee (AMT) is a 12-month intensive development program designed to groom Indonesia’s brightest talents into high-performing professionals ready to take on strategic roles in Papua. The program covers various operational functions including Service, Parts, Sales, Equipment Management, Finance, and HR.
General Requirements
- Minimum education: D4/S1 (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) from any major; preferably Engineering, Management, Accounting, Finance, or other related fields (Minimum GPA: 3.00 out of 4.00)
- Maximum age: 27 years
- Recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience
- Actively involved in organizational or social activities
- Demonstrated leadership skills through leading teams, projects, or organizations
- Strong analytical thinking, resilience, and perseverance in facing challenges
- Willing to undergo On-the-Job Training (OJT) in various cities across Sulawesi, Maluku, and Papua
- Willing to be permanently placed in Papua after program completion, including in locations such as Jayapura, Sorong, Nabire, Merauke, Manokwari, etc.
Program Details
- Duration: 12 Months
- In-Class Training at Trakindo Satellite Training Center to develop essential skills, product knowledge, and operational understanding
- On-the-Job Training at one of Trakindo’s branches in Sulawesi, Maluku, or Papua, applying knowledge and skills in real-world settings
- Coaching & Mentoring by Trakindo’s top leaders throughout the program
- Project Assignments related to operational functions: Service, Parts, Sales, Equipment Management, Finance, and HR
- Final Evaluation at the end of the development program
- Post-Graduation Placement: Specialized roles in Service, Parts, Sales, Equipment Management, Finance, or HR at one of Trakindo’s Papua branches

- Application Period: July 10 – August 10, 2025
- Selection Process: August 1 – 31, 2025 (Offline & Online)
- Program Start (Join Date): October 1, 2025
