About the Job

You will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining corporate governance practices and administrations, and facilitating effective communication between the company and shareholders/stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing

Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and internal policies. Liaising with internal stakeholders and notary and file necessary documents with regulatory agencies (e.g LKPM reports).
Record Keeping: Maintain and manage corporate records, including minutes of meetings, resolutions, and shareholder communications.
Governance Practices: Support the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and practices, working together with OGC and RM team.
Communication: Bridge communication between the company and stakeholders/shareholders and external parties such as notaries and BKPM officers. Facilitate effective communication and information flow, including corporate detail requests from engagement teams.
Shareholder Relations: Assist in managing shareholder/director meetings and communications, including preparing draft for authority/proxy documentations.
Research and Analysis: Stay informed about changes in corporate laws and regulations. Conduct research and provide insights on governance trends.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management where required, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in corporate governance, legal, or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software and data mining.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong ethical standards and integrity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills.
