Forging Connections Across the UIII Ecosystem

On July 6, 2025, the leaders of the UIII Alumni Association convened to discuss an exciting range of initiatives designed to strengthen connections among alumni, the university’s academic community, and the wider public. The meeting served as a space for reflection, innovation, and alignment toward a more active and inclusive alumni movement. A series of proposals were tabled, showcasing the diverse energy across the association. Muafiqul Khalid, head of the Department of Academic & Educational Affairs, emphasized programs that foster academic collaboration and lifelong learning between alumni and the university. Meanwhile, Waskito Wibowo, leading the Department of Business and Partnership Development, outlined potential partnerships with industry and social sectors to enhance alumni contributions in the real world and support institutional growth through entrepreneurship and strategic alliances.

The momentum continued with valuable input from two special task forces: the Public Relations & Publication Committee, led by Aldi Nur Fadli Auliya, and the Career & Placement Committee, under the leadership of Masyhur Hamnur. These committees presented plans for a stronger communication platform, including consistent storytelling about alumni journeys, as well as structured support systems to help graduates navigate and thrive in their professional paths. With these developments, the UIII Alumni Association is not only cultivating a sense of shared identity and pride but also building a network of changemakers who are prepared to contribute meaningfully to society. This spirit of collaboration reaffirms the university’s broader vision—to be a space where knowledge, character, and global engagement intersect.
